At Dagger, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your goods, please review our policies below for returns, exchanges, and faulty items.

1. Delivery & Customs

Please note that depending on your destination, additional customs or import duties may be applied to your order. Shipping estimates may also experience delays due to current global events. These external factors are beyond the control of Dagger.store.

2. Returns & Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to initiate a return: Email info@dagger.store with the following details:

• Order Number

• Full Name used for the order

• Email address used for the order

• A brief description of your request

Return Conditions:

• Condition: Articles must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition with all original tags attached. Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

• Sale Items: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased at a reduced or sale price.

• Unauthorized Returns: Orders sent back without prior authorization may face significant processing delays.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Orders over €250: Dagger.store provides Free Returns for all orders exceeding €250. Please contact our team to receive your prepaid shipping label.

• Orders under €250: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Liability: You may use any postal service at your own risk. Dagger.store is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service and ensuring items are well-packaged.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (additional time may be required during peak seasonal periods).

• Amount: We refund the price stated on our website at the time of purchase. Original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us at info@dagger.store within 14 days of your order.

• Include your Order Number, Name, Email, and the item you wish to exchange.

• All returned goods must meet our standard return conditions.

• A refund will be processed (minus original shipping), and a new order must be placed for the replacement item.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Contact: Email info@dagger.store with your order details and a photograph illustrating the damage/error.

• Note: Product photos on our website are for guidance only; minor variations between photographs and the received product do not constitute a defect.

7. Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, email info@dagger.store immediately with your order details.

• Fraud Prevention: Dagger.store reserves the right to cancel any orders that abuse our terms or are suspected of fraud. Refunded orders in these cases will be processed according to our security protocols.
