This role is critical for immediately addressing the need for consistent content production and boosting Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales on key platforms.
The Social Media Content Intern will work directly with the Creative Director and Director of Operations to execute the daily content strategy across digital channels, with a primary focus on Meta (Instagram) and TikTok. This role is highly practical, focused on rapidly increasing content volume, consistency, and engagement, especially by leveraging user-generated content (UGC) and BTS (Behind-The-Scenes) footage.
There will also be opportunity to deliver on the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week Show. This will include access to every element of show creation through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Posting:
Execute the daily social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting (multiple times per day/week) across Instagram and TikTok.
Create in-house content and simple product shots that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
Develop BTC (Behind-the-Scenes) content for TikTok, looking at similar brands for the right tone and feel.
UGC Curation & Management:
Actively source and compile UGC content, with a specific focus on content from Japan and other global regions.
Document and organize all digital assets on the designated media storage platform.
Performance & Trend Monitoring:
Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and report on key learnings (though deep analysis is not expected).
Monitor trending sounds, formats, and challenges on TikTok and adapt content accordingly.
Administrative Support:
Assist the Creative Director in organizing and preparing digital assets for collaboration announcements and partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, or Fashion).
Demonstrable skills in shooting and editing short-form video content (e.g., TikToks, Reels).
Strong understanding and active use of Meta and TikTok platforms.
Proactive, highly organized, and able to work on short deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
Familiarity with visual asset management (e.g., Dropbox, cloud storage).
