Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return Your Order
Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order, either by using the preprinted return label included in your box or by emailing info@dagger.store.
Return Shipping Costs
We accept returns worldwide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customs & Import Costs
Customs duties, import taxes and other import charges paid upon delivery are not included in refunds issued by DAGGER.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
